Would you like to be part of a Professional Association that supports you and your educational growth within your horse community?
Cowboy Dressage World has done just that. The Cowboy Dressage World Professional’s Association was formed to provide continuing education and support for professionals within the Cowboy Dressage community.
The founders of Cowboy Dressage wish to preserve its unique mission, vision, and philosophy, in this exciting rapidly growing new equestrian discipline. In order to do that, we realized we must help educate and support both the judges who judge Cowboy Dressage and the teachers who teach it. This extensive program has been created that allows each professional to enter as a member and work their way up to the highest level of Clinician – Level 3. This program was designed to “keep the try” in all individuals while offering educational opportunities for them to refine their skills.
Cowboy Dressage is all about education. Gatherings/Shows offer educational classes and education in how the riders receive their results. Riders receive a written score sheet with comments and a brief evaluation from the judge after riding a pattern (test). This gives the rider valuable feedback so that they can continue to improve their horsemanship. If you haven’t joined us at one of our events, please come and give us a try, you won’t be disappointed.
